Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g lentils, dried
- 4 carrots
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 1 m.-large celeriac
- 500 g potatoes
- 2 ½ liters vegetable broth
- 6 sausages, poultry sausages
- 100 ml cream
- 2 tsp salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel and wash the vegetables, dice them, and sauté them in a little butter for 2 minutes. Then deglaze with the vegetable stock and add the lentils. After 25 minutes, simmer, add the peeled and diced potatoes and let it cook for 15 minutes. Now add the sliced sausages to the soup and stir in the cream. Cook for a final minute and serve.
