Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 onions
- olive oil
- 1 kg fish fillet(s) (Alaska pollock, frozen)
- 2 can/n tomatoes (Pizza tomatoes)
- Salt
- pepper
- Parsley
- 8 m.-sized potatoes
- 500 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
In a very large pot, fry the onions, sliced into slightly thicker wedges, in heated olive oil. Add the pizza tomatoes, water, salt, pepper, parsley, and peeled potatoes. Cook until the potatoes are tender. Then add the fish and cook for about 10 minutes. Season to taste. Arrange on plates and serve immediately. Serve with fresh baguette.
