  • 1 shallot(s)
  • 10 cocktail tomatoes, halved or quartered
  • 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed

  • 500 g gnocchi, fresh
  • some salt and pepper
  • some oil
  • e.g. Parmesan, freshly grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Lightning fast, easy, but super delicious!

First, clean and finely dice the shallot. Sauté the shallots in a little oil (if you bought tuna in oil, you can use the oil from the can!) in a large pan until light brown. Then add the halved or quartered cherry tomatoes and sauté briefly. Deglaze with the passata and immediately add the tuna. Pour in the cream and bring to a boil briefly. Then add the gnocchi to the sauce and heat through. Season with salt and pepper and serve sprinkled with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
