Avocado and Mint Spread

The perfect avocado and mint spread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Hass avocado
  • 250 g Cream cheese
  • 1 Lemon, the juice
  • 0,5 bunch Mint, finely chopped
  • 2 Garlic cloves, finely grated
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Salt
  1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone and remove it from the skin with a spoon and put the pulp in a bowl and drizzle with the lemon juice and finely mash it with the Gael, add the cream cheese, the finely chopped mint and the garlic and stir, then stir season with salt and pepper.
  2. The spread should soak in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, as this allows the mint taste to develop fully.
