  • 0,5 Fresh avocado
  • 3 tsp Pumpkin seeds without shell
  • 3 tsp Sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp Seasoned Salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix the pumpkin and sunflower seeds. Add the avocado pulp. Sprinkle with herbal salt and puree it with the hand blender
  • If it is used as a dip, please add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
