Ingredients
- 0,5 Fresh avocado
- 3 tsp Pumpkin seeds without shell
- 3 tsp Sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp Seasoned Salt
Instructions
- Mix the pumpkin and sunflower seeds. Add the avocado pulp. Sprinkle with herbal salt and puree it with the hand blender
- If it is used as a dip, please add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
