Cream Cheese: Fine Avocado Spread

The perfect cream cheese: fine avocado spread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 piece Fresh avocado
  • 1 piece Fresh and small onion
  • 1 piece Peppers yellow and small
  • 3 piece Fresh radishes
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon (level) Honey
  • 0,5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 100 g Cream cheese double cream setting
  1. First peel the onion. Cut the paprika, two radishes and the onion into very fine cubes.
  2. Put the lemon juice in a bowl. Divide the avocado, remove the stone, remove the pulp with a spoon and add to the lemon juice.
  3. Mix the salt, pepper, honey, paprika powder and avocado well with a fork.
  4. Finally stir in the cream cheese and greens and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder if necessary.
  5. Cut the last radish open for garnish and place on a slice of crispbread along with the cream.
  6. You can also use this cream for dipping or serve with pan-fried foods.
