Cream Cheese: Fine Avocado Spread

- 1 piece Fresh avocado
- 1 piece Fresh and small onion
- 1 piece Peppers yellow and small
- 3 piece Fresh radishes
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon (level) Honey
- 0,5 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
- 1 pinch Salt
- 100 g Cream cheese double cream setting
- First peel the onion. Cut the paprika, two radishes and the onion into very fine cubes.
- Put the lemon juice in a bowl. Divide the avocado, remove the stone, remove the pulp with a spoon and add to the lemon juice.
- Mix the salt, pepper, honey, paprika powder and avocado well with a fork.
- Finally stir in the cream cheese and greens and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder if necessary.
- Cut the last radish open for garnish and place on a slice of crispbread along with the cream.
- You can also use this cream for dipping or serve with pan-fried foods.
