Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g zucchini
- 250 g mushrooms
- 300 g minced meat
- 1 piece(s) ginger root, small
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 3 tbsp ajvar
- 100 g tomato paste
- 100 g cream cheese
- 250 ml milk
- Salt
- pepper
- basil
- oregano
- Paprika powder, sweet

Dice the zucchini and onions and slice the mushrooms, grate the ginger and press the garlic. Fry the minced meat with the onions, garlic and ginger until golden brown and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Now add the vegetables and fry briefly. Now stir the ajvar and tomato paste with a splash of milk in the pan and bring to a boil. Add the remaining milk and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with oregano and basil. Finally, add the cream cheese and mix well. This goes wonderfully with pasta or rice. Variations: The vegetables can be expanded/changed/replaced according to taste, e.g. with peppers, carrots, broccoli, etc. The meat can also be easily replaced with shredded pork or chicken.
