Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red, diced
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green, diced
  • 2 onions, cut into strips
  • 1 jar mushrooms, drained
  • 200 g sweet cream
  • 250 ml Hungarian-style paprika sauce
  • 0.38 liters of meat broth
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Brown the minced meat in a hot pan. Add the diced bell peppers, mushrooms, and sliced ​​onions and sauté. Then add the meat broth, gypsy sauce, and sweet cream and simmer for about 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with pasta or rice.
