Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 bell pepper(s), red, diced
- 1 bell pepper(s), green, diced
- 2 onions, cut into strips
- 1 jar mushrooms, drained
- 200 g sweet cream
- 250 ml Hungarian-style paprika sauce
- 0.38 liters of meat broth
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Brown the minced meat in a hot pan. Add the diced bell peppers, mushrooms, and sliced onions and sauté. Then add the meat broth, gypsy sauce, and sweet cream and simmer for about 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with pasta or rice.
