  • 400 g blueberries

  • n. B. food coloring
  • 35 g sugar

Wash the blueberries and peel the banana. Cut the banana into pieces. Place the bananas, blueberries, sugar, and milk in the mixing bowl and blend. Blend for 35 seconds on speed 7 with a Thermomix. Add food coloring, if desired, and blend thoroughly. The blueberry smoothie is now ready to serve! Note: This recipe is ideal for the Thermomix. For smaller blenders or smoothie makers, consider the container size! This recipe makes about 1.2 liters of smoothie, which can be consumed easily throughout the day.
