Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g strawberries
  • 500 ml milk, low-fat, cold
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 50 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash, stem, and chop the strawberries. Place them in a blender along with the milk and lemon juice, blend thoroughly, and season with sugar.
