Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • 500 ml buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp goji berries, fresh
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp golden flaxseed
  • e.g. agave syrup or honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the banana and blend with buttermilk, goji berries, and both types of flaxseed. Season with agave syrup or honey. Pour into glasses. The shake has a bittersweet note.
