summery, colorful salad

Cook the sun-dried wheat according to the package instructions and let it cool. Cut the other ingredients into small cubes and add the cooled sun-dried wheat. Make a dressing from the balsamic vinegar, oil, and spices and drizzle over the salad. Mix everything well. The salad tastes best when it’s been allowed to sit for a few hours, then stir briefly and season again to taste. It’s a perfect side dish for grilled food.
