Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g lamb’s lettuce
- Parmesan
- olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sweet Bavarian mustard
- Walnuts
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Trim, wash, and drain the lamb’s lettuce. Mix together the oil and vinegar, mustard, honey, and spices to make a dressing. Mix with grated Parmesan cheese and walnuts and drizzle over the salad.
