Papaya buttermilk shake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml buttermilk
  • 200 g papaya, a small fruit
  • n. B. Sweetener, liquid
  • possibly rum

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the chilled papaya and remove the small, black seeds. Cut the papaya pulp into cubes and blend with the chilled buttermilk and liquid sweetener, if desired. Pour the slightly frothy shake into a glass. If you like, you can add a dash of white rum for a little extra fire. Without adding rum, a shake has about 100 kcal. For every 10 ml of rum, the value increases by about 30 kcal.
