Super delicious chocolate pralines

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g butter
  • 80 g powdered sugar made from whole cane sugar
  • 2 egg yolks, organic
  • ½ orange peel, organic
  • 200 ml tea (black tea) strong
  • 200 g dark chocolate coating
  • 100 g milk chocolate coating
  • 200g quinoa
  • 1 pinch of chili powder
  • 100 g cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Cream the sugar with the softened butter and egg yolks until fluffy. Add the orange zest. Stir in the cooled black tea and melted chocolate coating. Refrigerate the mixture for 1 hour. Stir in the ground quinoa until a dough forms. If desired, you can also mix in the chili powder. Form the mixture into balls and roll them in cocoa powder. This makes about 30-40 balls.
