Chicken Curry with Flat Rice Noodles

The perfect chicken curry with flat rice noodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1,5 piece Onions
  • 2 piece Paprika
  • 800 ml Cream
  • 2 piece Garlic cloves
  • 4 tablespoon Curry powder
  • 240 g Tk – peas
  • 1,5 piece Chilli pepper
  • 400 g Flat rice noodles
  • 500 g Chicken breast
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  1. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces. Activate (season) with salt and sugar. Heat oil in a pan. Cut the peppers into small pieces and season with salt and sugar.
  2. Fry the chicken breast in the pan. Cut the onion into strips, beat on the garlic clove and cut the chilli pepper. In the meantime, turn the chicken breast over. Remove from the pan and place in a cuddly pot so that the meat cooks through the residual heat.
  3. Put the cut vegetables in the pan and add the peas. Add the curry powder and cream to the pan, stir. Take the chicken out of the cuddly pot and put it back in the curry pan. Put flat rice noodles in the curry pan and stir until the noodles are soft. Arrange the finished dish in a deep plate.
