Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 500 g flour
  • 250 ml water
  • 125 ml sunflower oil
  • 150 g cooked ham, diced
  • 200 g salami, diced
  • 200 g sauerkraut

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

simply

Place yeast, salt, and sugar in a mug or other container with a lid and shake until liquid. Place the sifted flour, water, and oil in a large bowl, add the yeast mixture, and knead everything thoroughly by hand. Add the salami, cooked ham, and sauerkraut and knead to combine. Cover the bowl with a plate or towel and place it in a warm water bath for about 30-45 minutes. Once the dough has risen, knead briefly again. Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan oven). Line one or two baking sheets with baking paper. Moisten your hands with water and form rolls. You’ll make about 15 rolls; I usually use two baking sheets. Bake the trays one after the other at 200°C (fan oven) for about 20 minutes. Depending on the oven, you can add 5 minutes more. They’re still delicious the next day. Great for any party!
