Healthy and delicious – quickly prepared – no waiting time
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and knead thoroughly with a dough hook until a dough forms. If the dough is too sticky (or tough), add a little olive oil to your hand, shape into two baguettes, and place them on a baking sheet (including baking paper). Preheat the oven to 220°C (top/bottom heat), fill a small, heatproof container with water, and place it on the bottom. Place the baking sheet in the middle rack and bake the baguettes for 15 minutes. Then bake for another 5 minutes at 200°C. Let the baguette rest on the rack for a while before eating (about 1-2 hours), which makes it easier to slice. This type of baguette is very popular with us and is baked frequently. You can also garnish it with fried onions, for example.
