One Pot Pasta with Tomatoes and Corn

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200g pasta
  • 100 ml cream
  • 1 shot of milk
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp, heaped corn
  • e.g. parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

vegetarian and quick, great for using up leftovers

Take a sufficiently large pot and add the pasta. Add the cream and pour in the milk until the pasta is just covered. Bring the pasta to a boil. Meanwhile, dice the tomatoes and drain the corn. Add all the remaining ingredients to the pot and season to taste. Let the milk noodles simmer for about 6 minutes, stirring well to prevent burning. The cooking time depends on the pasta’s cooking time; see package instructions.
