Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 500 g pork mince
- 500 g minced meat, half and half
- 4 onions, diced
- 3 can/n mushrooms, sliced
- 1 ½ liters of meat broth
- 6 leeks
- 600 g processed cheese
- 300 g cheese (herb cheese)
- 2 cups of crème fraîche
- 1 dash of cream
- salt and pepper
- Thyme and basil
- possibly wine, white
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Sauté the ground meat, minced meat, and onions with a can of mushrooms. Simmer two cans of mushrooms with the juice, broth, and leek. Add the processed cheese, herb cheese, and crème fraîche. Mix with the fried ground meat mixture and simmer. Finally, season with salt, pepper, thyme, and basil. Then add a dash of cream and, if desired, a dash of white wine.
