Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 feta cheese
- 6 Maultasche(s) (vegetable Maultaschen), 1 pack of 360 g
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 1 onion(s)

- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder (smoked paprika)
- Cumin powder
- olive oil
- Garlic
- e.g. pepper and/or chili

quick, easy, vegetarian
First, peel the onion and slice into rings or half rings, trim the bell peppers and dice them. Next, chop the vegetable Maultaschen (I slice them lengthwise and then into pieces about 5 mm thick) and then cut the feta cheese (amount to your liking) into two equal pieces. Take two pieces of aluminum foil and mix about half of the Maultaschen pieces, the bell peppers, and the onion on each piece. If you like, you can also add finely chopped garlic or chili peppers. Place one piece of feta cheese on each pile and then sprinkle on the seasonings as desired. I like to use basil, oregano, a little salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and cumin. A little olive oil is also added. Seal the aluminum foil around the food, making as tight a package as possible, and grill for about 15 minutes. Without side dishes it is enough as a complete meal for a good eater, with side dishes (salads or similar) it is also suitable for two people.
