Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g beef
- 200 g pork (neck or fillet)
- 200 g chicken
- 200 g shrimp(s)
- 100g halloumi
- 1 bunch of soup vegetables
- e.g. mushrooms, carrots, corn cobs, soy or bamboo shoots
- Glass noodles or udon
- rice
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Slice the meat and vegetables. Use either a TomYang or Thai grill or a raclette grill to prepare the dish. Add water, chopped vegetables, and noodles to the soup bowl/pot and simmer. Cook the rice in a pot of salted water. Place the meat and vegetables on plates or in bowls, raw, and serve. Everyone takes their favorite meat or vegetables and grills them. A little of the vegetable soup is added to the grill every now and then. The rice is served as a side dish.
