Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 flatbread(s)
- 1 can white beans, 400 g
- 2 cloves garlic, Chinese
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 120 ml vegetable broth, instant
- 250 g feta cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
from the grill
Mix the beans with the liquid from the can, the rosemary, and the garlic, then puree. Cut the flatbread into quarters, then in half. Drizzle the cut sides with vegetable stock. Spread the bean puree on top and sprinkle with feta. Grill over indirect heat for about 20 minutes.
