Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of butter, Irish
- 1 onion(s)
- 3 tbsp curry powder
- 1 pinch of chili powder
- Salt
- Pepper, white
- 2 tbsp cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
First, soften the butter. Meanwhile, peel and dice the onion and sauté it in a hot pan until translucent. Sprinkle with a little curry powder, then set aside. Once the butter is soft, whisk it with the cream until smooth, add the onions and the remaining curry powder, and mix well. Season with salt, white pepper, and chili powder, transfer to a bowl, and chill. TIP: The butter goes well with grilled food or fresh baguette/toast.
