Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes, new, small
- 3 tbsp sesame seeds
- 4 tbsp oil (olive oil)
- 2 tsp salt, coarse
- 2 tbsp pesto
- 200 g crème fraîche
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash the potatoes and scrub with a vegetable brush if necessary. Mix them in a bowl with the olive oil, sesame seeds, and salt. Bake on a baking sheet in the oven at 200°C for about 1 hour (test if necessary!). Serve the cream – well mixed with the pesto – as a dip. Done!
