Winter yogurt muesli with quince jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 3 tbsp muesli
  • 15 grapes or fruit of your choice
  • 2 quinces
  • 1 tsp cane sugar
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

self-invented, warm and cold

Wash the quinces thoroughly, rub them dry, remove the seeds, and cut them into small pieces. Cover and simmer in a small saucepan with a splash of water for about 10 minutes. Then puree or mash them slightly with a fork. While the quinces are simmering, combine the natural yogurt, muesli, grapes, or fruit of your choice in a bowl. Pour the warm quince purée over the quince and season with a pinch of cinnamon.
