Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 2 spring onions
- 5 radishes
- Romaine lettuce, a few leaves
- some mint
- 1 lemon(s)
- Salt
- olive oil
- Sumac
- 2 flatbread(s), Arabic
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Lebanese salad
Wash the vegetables, drain well, and dice. Chop the parsley and mint. Cut the lettuce leaves into thin strips. Place everything in a bowl. Season with olive oil, lemon, salt, and sumac. Cut the flatbread into cubes and fry in oil. Let them brown, then remove, let them cool, and stir them into the salad.
