Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 2 tomatoes
- 3 spring onions
- 4 tbsp bulgur, fine
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp mint, dried
- Salt
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Finely chop the parsley, tomatoes, and spring onions. Cook the bulgur in salted water according to the instructions. Finally, mix all ingredients and season with salt and lemon juice to taste.
