Soup noodle salad with tuna

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g noodles (soup), e.g. mussels
  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 1 m.-large cucumber(s)
  • 1 large red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 small jar of Miracle Whip
  • 1 small garlic clove(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Cook the pasta and let it cool. Drain the tuna and shred it. Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds, and cut into small cubes. Finely dice the bell pepper. Everything should be about the same size as the small soup noodles. Mix everything with the Miracle Whip. Season to taste.
