Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250g spaghetti
- 1 can tuna in oil
- 3 bell peppers, colored
- 5 tomatoes
- 3 onions
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- ½ tbsp Tabasco
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp shashlik sauce
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
- 1 pinch of hot paprika powder
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 day 30 minutes
Place tomatoes in hot water (about 5 minutes), then briefly rinse in cold water and peel. Break spaghetti into approximately 8 cm pieces, cook in salted water until al dente, and let cool. Mix together tuna oil, mayonnaise, Tabasco, soy sauce, shish kebab sauce, and spices and season to taste. Dice the peppers, tomatoes, and onions and add to the sauce. Crumble in the tuna and stir in the spaghetti. Season again briefly and let stand for 24 hours.
