Ingredients for 18 servings:

  • 800 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 large egg(s)
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 large bell peppers, pointed, red
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp marjoram, shredded
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg, grated
  • 2 tbsp sour cream

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Meatballs for the party

You’ll also need two packages of Backletts (eat-in) molds. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Peel and finely dice the peppers, onions, and garlic, then mix with the remaining ingredients. Season to taste and form 18 meatballs from the batter. Place the Backletts on a lined baking sheet, place the meatballs inside, and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
