  • 500 g bacon cubes
  • 12 eggs
  • 115 g onion(s), chopped
  • 115 g bell pepper(s), green, diced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper, ground
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 115 g Cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

These savory scrambled egg muffins with bacon and cheddar cheese will be a real eye-catcher at your next brunch.

Preheat the oven to 175°C. Lightly grease a muffin tin or line it with muffin cups. Beat the eggs and add the bacon bits, onions, paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Finally, fold in the cheddar cheese and stir gently. Pour the egg mixture into the cups and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
