Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 butter biscuits
- 200 ml buttermilk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp cocoa
- 100 ml cream
- 100 g raspberries
- 1 tbsp raspberry syrup
- 100 ml milk
- Raspberries, for garnishing
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine the butter cookies, honey, and buttermilk in a blender and blend until fluffy. Fill two glasses one-third full with the cookie-buttermilk mixture. Whip the whipped cream with the cocoa powder until stiff peaks form and spread over the cookie-buttermilk mixture. Blend the raspberries with the syrup and milk and pour over the chocolate cream. Garnish the shake with raspberries.
