Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 packs of cream cheese
  • 1 pack of cheese (cream cheese spread)
  • 1 small onion(s), finely chopped
  • Spice mix (yellow steak seasoning)
  • Pepper, white
  • Salt
  • Pepper, coarse for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix all ingredients well and garnish with coarse pepper. This makes an excellent cheese dip for crackers, cheese sticks, pretzel sticks, etc.
