Spicy Banana Smoothie

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 pieces of ginger root, approx. 5 cm x 2 cm, peeled
  • 2 large bananas
  • ½ apple, pitted
  • 1 tbsp spread (dulce de leche)
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 handful of ice cubes
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 4 peppermint leaves
  • 200 ml water
  • 250 ml milk, 1.5% fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 2-3 minutes. If you like it extra fresh, you can also freeze the smoothie for an hour.
