Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 pieces of ginger root, approx. 5 cm x 2 cm, peeled
- 2 large bananas
- ½ apple, pitted
- 1 tbsp spread (dulce de leche)
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 handful of ice cubes
- 1 tsp honey
- 4 peppermint leaves
- 200 ml water
- 250 ml milk, 1.5% fat
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 2-3 minutes. If you like it extra fresh, you can also freeze the smoothie for an hour.
