Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g potato(s), small, waxy
- 350 g smoked salmon
- 1 tbsp capers, pickled
- 1 tbsp horseradish, grated
- 150 g sour cream
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise, delicacy
- some dill, frozen
- some chives in rolls, frozen
- some salt
- some white pepper
- some caraway
- possibly oil (linseed oil)

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Boil the potatoes in salted water with caraway seeds, bring to a boil, and reduce the heat to low for 20 minutes. Drain the potatoes and let them cool. Peel the potatoes and cut into slices or bite-sized cubes. Cut the salmon into thin strips. Prepare a marinade from mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish, herbs, salt, pepper, and capers, adding a little linseed oil to taste. Gently combine the potatoes, salmon, and marinade and let it marinate in a cool place.
