Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g tuna (sushi quality)
- 1 small bunch of spring onions
- 2 tsp, heaped mustard, grainy
- 1 dashes fish sauce
- n. B. Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Peel the spring onions and slice them into very fine rings. Cut the tuna into small cubes with a knife. Mix the tuna with the onion rings and mustard. Season with salt and fish sauce. Let the tartare marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Serve as a starter for 4 people or as a main course for 2 people.
