Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g cheese (goat cheese) in a piece or goat cheese roll
  • 2 packs of bacon, thinly sliced

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Small appetizer or for the party buffet

Cut the cheese into cubes approximately 2 cm long or cut approximately 5 mm thick slices from the roll. Wrap each piece of cheese with a slice of bacon. Fry the wrapped pieces on all sides in a dry pan.
