Baked goat cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slices of goat’s cheese with rind, approx. 50 g each, thickly sliced
  • n. B. Olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 tbsp thyme, fresh, chopped
  • Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 4 slices of bread (sourdough bread)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • Salad, green

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the goat cheese slices on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with thyme, and season with pepper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (Gas Mark 6) for approximately 10-12 minutes (until the cheese melts). Meanwhile, toast the sourdough bread and rub it with garlic. Serve with the goat cheese.
