Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 2 m.-large zucchini
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3 large tomatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs of Provence
  • Paprika powder
  • chili
  • 1 ½ kg potatoes

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Boil the potatoes. Brown the minced meat in a large pan, add the chopped onions and garlic. Season generously with salt, pepper, paprika, chili, and herbs. Add the sliced ​​zucchini to the pan and stir in the chopped tomatoes. Cover the pan and simmer for about 10 minutes. Serve the zucchini pan with the potatoes.
