Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced beef
- 2 m.-large zucchini
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion(s)
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 large tomatoes
- salt and pepper
- Herbs of Provence
- Paprika powder
- chili
- 1 ½ kg potatoes
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Boil the potatoes. Brown the minced meat in a large pan, add the chopped onions and garlic. Season generously with salt, pepper, paprika, chili, and herbs. Add the sliced zucchini to the pan and stir in the chopped tomatoes. Cover the pan and simmer for about 10 minutes. Serve the zucchini pan with the potatoes.
