Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 75 g rice pudding
- 250 ml milk
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 tbsp cheese, grated
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper
- basil
- 2 tsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Rice pudding can also be savory
Cook the rice pudding with milk according to the package instructions (without sugar) and let it cool. Mix with the egg, cheese, and seasonings. Chop the tomatoes and mix in. Heat the oil in a pan and add the mixture. Let it set, stirring occasionally if necessary.
