Hearty porridge with egg

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 75 g oat flakes
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 tsp, leveled butter
  • 2 tbsp peas
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. garlic
  • n. B. herbs
  • 10 g Parmesan, coarsely grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Hard-boil the egg, then peel and slice. Simmer the oats in the broth for about 3 minutes, until a creamy porridge forms. Stir in the butter. Now add the peas and season with the desired herbs, salt, and pepper. Add the Parmesan cheese to the porridge and mix well, then transfer to a bowl and top with the egg slices. You can also microwave the oats for 2 minutes at 600-700 watts until creamy.
