Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g broccoli
- 250 g carrot(s)
- 250 g pasta, colorful, e.g. spirelli
- 4 slices of cooked ham
- 4 slices of salami
- 3 slices of Gouda
- 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp oil, e.g. rapeseed or sunflower oil
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
very simple and delicious
First, chop the vegetables (as you like), then cook them (boil or steam), and then cook the pasta. While the pasta is cooking, dice the ham, salami, and Gouda cheese. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the ham and salami cubes for about 3 minutes. Then add the Gouda cubes and fry for another 3 minutes, until the Gouda cheese is stringy. Now add the cooked vegetables and chopped tomatoes and bring to a boil. Sprinkle with the vegetable stock, oregano, and thyme. Season with salt and pepper, then add the pasta and stir.
