Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 4 m.-sized potatoes
- 2 tbsp beef broth
- 2 tbsp vegetable broth
- 5 sausages, fresh
- 750 g soup vegetables, frozen, organic
- 2 liters of water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Peel and dice the potatoes. Add the broth to 2 liters of water. Bring the diced potatoes and soup vegetables to a boil. Meanwhile, form the fresh bratwurst into balls. After 15 minutes, add the bratwurst balls. Cook until the potatoes are tender.
