Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta
- 1 can tuna, in its own juice
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 100 ml milk
- 125 g herb cream cheese
- 100 g olives
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Italian herbs (frozen)
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- possibly white wine

Pasta with tuna sauce
Finely dice the onions and garlic and sauté in a little olive oil until translucent. Then add the tuna in its own juice, milk, sliced olives, and diced tomatoes, and let simmer. Meanwhile, cook the pasta. Once cooked, stir the cream cheese into the sauce and season with salt, pepper, and herbs. Add a small ladleful of the pasta water, bring to a boil briefly, and stir in the pasta. A good white wine goes well with this, and can also be added to the sauce to taste.
