Leberkäse salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g Leberkäse, cut into 5 thick slices
  • 6 cucumber(s) (pickles)
  • 2 apples
  • 2 onions
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the Leberkäse slices into 1 cm cubes. Roughly chop the pickled gherkins, cut the unpeeled apples into eighths, then cut them into small pieces. Mix the sauce ingredients and season to taste. Mix the Leberkäse, gherkins, onions, and apples with the salad dressing.
