Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g butter
  • 700 g pumpkin flesh, diced
  • 300 g apples, with peel, diced
  • 60 g marzipan – raw mass
  • 1 pack of gelling sugar, 2:1
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp gingerbread spice
  • some lemon peel
  • 2 drops of bitter almond flavor

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Melt the butter in a large saucepan and sauté the pumpkin and apple cubes. Cover the pan and continue sautéing for about 10 minutes, until the cubes are softened. Add the gelling sugar and mix thoroughly. Blend and add the remaining ingredients. Boil gently for 4 minutes, stir thoroughly again, and serve hot in jars.
