Pasta and potato casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g pasta
  • 300 g potatoes
  • 300 g cheese, grated
  • oil
  • possibly salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices (approx. 2-5 mm thick). Boil in salted water as usual. Then transfer to an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with cheese. Drizzle with oil and stir. Place in a preheated oven at 90°C (convection oven) or in the microwave using the oven function (only for keeping warm). Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted water until tender. Drain and pour over the potatoes and cheese. Stir again and add salt if desired. The “fake casserole” is ready and ready to serve.
