Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g butter biscuits (wholemeal butter biscuits)
- 100 g butter
- 2 tbsp Nutella or other chocolate spread
- 500 g strawberries
- 2 packs of cream cheese
- 1 bag(s) of vanilla pudding powder
- 300 ml milk
- 3 tbsp sugar

without baking
Mix melted butter and Nutella with the crumbled butter biscuits (crumpled in a freezer bag with a rolling pin). Spread them evenly over the base of a springform pan and press them down. Chill for about 30 minutes. Prepare the vanilla pudding according to the package instructions (using only 300 ml of milk instead of 500 ml). Let it cool. Meanwhile, halve the strawberries. Mix the cream cheese with the cooled pudding. Fold in the strawberries and spread them over the cooled biscuit base. After about 3 hours, crumble a few butter biscuits (5 biscuits) and sprinkle them on top.
